Goodman are recruiting a Property Manager with up to five years' experience to join the Property Services team in NSW. The Property Manager is responsible for the physical management and administration of lease obligations pertaining to the Property Management function. This includes responsibility for the condition and presentation of a portfolio of allocated assets. It's essential that the successful candidate has direct property management experience, the ability to build effective relationships with key stakeholders including customers, contractors and colleagues, strong administration capabilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
